Deep in the heart of unfounded reason
I stare and I stare into empty eyes

I stare with surprise
Into empty eyes I stumble on lies.

I can escape nothing your lips to me say
I can't even stop the shaking to play
A note from my hand
I spit upon rage
The rage that you give me I fill up this page.
You tell me to stop it
You tell me let go
You're forgetting this reason
That I told you so
Go on take the horror from me
Be what you want just don't be me.

Go ahead try it

But maybe this time I'll end up your friend.
